What should I wear?

Whatever is comfortable :) Usually I'll need access to the tummy, and ankles/ wrists, sometimes up to the elbow or knee so looser clothing is handy but we can always work with what you are wearing

How many treatments will I need?

Its hard to say.  Everyone responds differently.  I usualy suggest starting with 4-6 weekly sessions, and then we can often space things out a bit more.  If you have an acute/ short lived injury it can be just 2-3 sessions,
